Who are Simple Recruitment?

Simple Recruitment (South West) Ltd is a local independent Employment Business which was founded in 2009 by sisters Jayla Wilcox and Kiki Moyle. Jayla and Kiki both come from a recruitment background and are still very much at the forefront of the business.

Simple Recruitment specialise in the provision of temporary and permanent recruitment, working across all business sectors (Commercial & Industrial), to its local business community. We believe that over the past few years the recruitment process has become a complex and time consuming process for both clients and candidates alike – Simple Recruitment aims to put the ‘simplicity’ back into finding the perfect recruitment solution for all parties involved.

This doesn’t mean cutting corners, being a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), we pride ourselves in the precision of our match between client and candidate and the unprecedented service we offer to both adhering to all legal requirements, its just we make the process ‘Simple.’

Our founding principles are ‘to restore the simple most prevalent factors of the recruitment process – to build relationships with both client and candidate so as to fully understand the needs and wants of each party, to work with honesty and integrity at all times to find the perfect match.
